Product Description
YOKOHAMA DEXRON CVT ATF is a fully synthetic transmission fluid described for compatible belt- or chain-driven continuously variable transmissions and selected stepped automatics using corresponding fluid categories. Carefully balanced friction characteristics help support consistent power transfer and driveability. Lubrication and wear control contribute to moving-component protection, while oxidation, corrosion and foam control assist operating stability.
Application Areas
For selected passenger-car and light-commercial CVT systems with metal belts or chains, and compatible conventional automatics requiring the fluid codes listed below. Transmission type and fluid-code matching are essential in multi-vehicle applications. Hybrid e-CVT arrangements, wet start-clutch CVTs and dual-clutch transmissions require separate application-specific validation.
