Product Description
YOKOHAMA DEXRON CVT FLUID is a fully synthetic transmission fluid intended for belt- and chain-driven continuously variable transmissions. Its frictional properties are designed to help maintain effective contact between the pulleys and the metal belt or chain, supporting stable power transfer and smooth operation. Wear protection and resistance to oxidation and corrosion help preserve transmission components and fluid performance.
Application Areas
Designed for compatible belt- or chain-driven CVT transmissions in passenger cars and light commercial vehicles using the fluid requirements indicated below. Different CVT architectures may require different friction characteristics; hybrid e-CVT and start-clutch CVT systems need separate compatibility evaluation.
