Product Description
YOKOHAMA DEXRON ATF MB is a fully synthetic automatic transmission fluid described for Mercedes-Benz MB 236.14-type requirements. Its controlled friction performance is designed to assist clutch and torque-converter lock-up operation and smooth ratio changes. The synthetic base-oil and additive formulation is intended to provide oxidation resistance, shear stability and wear protection for bearings and gears, while cold-flow, corrosion and foam control support hydraulic response.
Application Areas
Developed for compatible Mercedes-Benz passenger-car, SUV and light-commercial automatic gearboxes requiring MB 236.14 fluid. Applications include specified 7G-Tronic / NAG2 and NAG2V Sport units, and selected five-speed automatics using a torque-converter lock-up clutch. Fluid selection is determined by the precise transmission design and specified fluid code, not gear count alone.
