Product Description
YOKOHAMA SLIDE OIL is a range of ISO VG 32, 68 and 220 lubricants developed for machine tool slideways. Its adhesive oil film and controlled friction help limit stick-slip and support smooth, accurate table movement. Anti-wear, load-carrying and corrosion protection properties help protect guide surfaces under demanding conditions. Separation from water-miscible metalworking fluids supports cleaner coolant systems and consistent machine operation.
Application Areas
For slideways, tables and feed mechanisms on CNC machining centres, lathes, milling, grinding and drilling machines. ISO VG 32 is suited to lighter loads and higher speeds; ISO VG 68 to common horizontal slideways; and ISO VG 220 to heavily loaded vertical or inclined guides. Suitable for cast iron, steel and compatible synthetic guide materials. Select the viscosity and lubrication method according to equipment requirements. Use in shared hydraulic and slideway circuits only where both systems specify a compatible lubricant.
