Product Description
YOKOHAMA YOKOMARIN WH Series comprises SAE 40 crankcase oils for medium-speed, four-stroke trunk-piston marine diesel engines. BN 30, BN 40 and BN 55 options provide different alkaline reserve levels for engines operating on residual fuels. Detergency and oxidation-control properties support piston-area cleanliness, neutralization of combustion acids and protection of loaded engine surfaces.
Application Areas
For main propulsion and auxiliary marine engines, and stationary power units with comparable trunk-piston lubrication, where SAE 40 and the corresponding BN level are specified. Choose the BN 30, BN 40 or BN 55 option to match the required alkaline reserve and fuel conditions.
