Product Description
YOKOHAMA PROTEC 10W-40 is a semi-synthetic multigrade engine oil for gasoline and LPG passenger car engines in everyday service. Its blend of synthetic and mineral base oils is designed to support lubrication from start-up through normal operating temperatures. Detergent and dispersant additives help control deposits and maintain engine cleanliness, while the oil film supports wear protection in both stop-and-go traffic and longer journeys.
Application Areas
For four-stroke gasoline and LPG passenger car and light commercial vehicle engines specifying SAE 10W-40, API SM/SL and the listed ACEA performance level. It may also be considered for suitable diesel engines without particulate filters where API CF is specified.
