Product Description
YOKOHAMA IMPROVE 0W-8 GLV-1 is a fully synthetic, ultra-low-viscosity engine oil developed for new-generation gasoline and hybrid powertrains designed for the SAE 0W-8 grade. Its low-friction lubrication characteristics are intended to support improved fuel efficiency and rapid oil circulation at start-up. The formulation approach combines wear and oxidation control with management of deposits under frequent stop-start operation.
Application Areas
Developed for selected modern gasoline engines and hybrid electric vehicle powertrains designed around SAE 0W-8 and JASO GLV-1 performance. This ultra-low viscosity grade is distinct from SAE 0W-16 and SAE 0W-20 products and is not a direct substitute for those lubricant categories.
